New Hampshire State Representative says blacks and dark skinned people should carry ID's to prove citizenship at all times

In a committee of conference this week NH Republican State Rep. John Hunt said, while discussing a bill related to trespassing policy near the northern border, that “It’s a good idea” for people with dark skin to carry ID while hiking in the state, regardless if they’re a US citizen or not.
