HGTV ranked the best garden centers (also known as nurseries) in the United States and listed one nursery in Raymond, New Hampshire as the best in the state.
“From multi-generational mom-and-pop businesses to bigger enterprises that haven’t lost their human touch, you can’t go wrong adding one of these garden centers to your bucket list whether you are traveling cross-country or just to the next county,” the Home and Garden Network said.
The New Hampshire pick is known for it’s beautiful gardens that surround the nursery.

HGTV highlighted Scenic Nursery and Landscaping for its manicured and pristine gardens, perfect for a weekend stroll.

But if what you really want to do is shop, then Scenic Nursery and Landscaping is fully stocked with edibles, perennials, annuals, and unique plants.
For example, there are plenty of fruit trees to pick from.
“We carry a full line of semi-dwarf fruit trees – apples, pears, plums, peaches, apricots, cherries – enough for your very own orchard!” Their website said. “Trees provide color, shade, texture and more, as well as the all important cohesion and structure to the landscape.”

You can find Scenic Nursery and Landscaping at 9 Dudley Road, Raymond, New Hampshire or call them at (603) 895-0236. Their current hours are 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday as well as Sunday. They are closed on Saturdays.
They are a seasonal business, usually opening around mid-March or mid-April and continuing operations until Thanksgiving, after which they go into regular nursery upkeep. However, they are open to visit year-round, weather permitting.
