It’s the time of year for mud season. If you don’t know, it kicks off in March, right when the snow decides to call it quits. You know you’re in for it when even a casual stroll down a dirt road feels like a journey back to medieval times—slogging through all that muck and mire.
This delightful mess from the so-called fifth season sticks around until sometime in May, when those spring showers finally give way to some good old-fashioned sunshine strong enough to dry things up. Until then, we have some ideas for how you can embrace the mud.

Is it written in the stars? Can our political climate be explained by astrology?

Is Pluto stirring up all this unsteadiness and chaos in the world? According to astrologers, it might be!
Dorothy Morgan, a New Hampshire-based astrologist, believes we’re in for a wild ride later this year. She says we’re facing a shake-up in the foundation of our society—and it’s not just a passing phase. We’re talking about a 20-year stretch of upheaval ahead. 🌪️
That’s because Pluto, the planet of transformation, is about to enter Aquarius, an air sign, and stay there until 2044. The last time Pluto was in Aquarius was in the late 1700s—the time of the American Revolution.

NH State Police uniforms have been named the second sexiest
|
Shout out to the New Hampshire State Police, which made it to wealthofgeeks.com‘s list of America’s sexiest police uniforms, voted on by thousands. NH police snagged second place!
The website survey said the New Hampshire police uniforms are a “crisp, stately forest green, as enduring as the state’s vast wilderness and as welcoming as the small towns nestled within. Paired with tan trousers, the ensemble is brought together with a belt that signifies the strength of New England character.”
The hat police wear “truly captures the essence of the New Hampshire State Police—it’s not just an accessory… It’s a statement, and a nod to the commitment and courage required to uphold the law in a land where the state’s motto, “Live Free or Die.”
The Texas Department of Safety took the crown as the most sexy uniform, while voters thought North Dakota police had the least sexy uniform.
“Our uniform is part of who we are and our troopers are proud to wear it every day,” NH State Police Col. Mark Hall said in a statement.
