As you may have heard, New Hampshire’s Education Freedom Account (EFA) program is growing fast.

This year, 10,510 students are enrolled—nearly double last year—with the state spending $51.6 million. But the recent removal of income limits is changing who participates.

Fewer lower-income families are signing up, and most students were already in private or home schools before joining.
