VIDEO: NH AAPI Delegate Is Excited For a Harris Presidency!

Sumathi Madhure, the co-chair of the Democratic AAPI caucus in NH, came to the US almost 30 years ago. But even until a few years ago, she couldn’t imagine that a woman of South Asian origin would be poised to be the next president of the US.

“I feel so proud and so incredibly excited and determined, as hard as I possibly can, to make sure [Kamala Harris] is elected as the next president of our country,” Madhure said.
