This is one of my favorite times of year. There are no flies or humidity yet, but the air is warm and the sun feels just right. Speaking of the weather, there are so many events happening this weekend! We have it all, from spring festivals and farmers markets to cultural events and hands-on workshops.

Over the past 30 years, HGTV has been a favorite for home inspiration, airing in waiting rooms and living rooms alike — and a handful of New Hampshire homes have made it onto the network. Here are four episodes to check out:
🏠 “From Boston to New Hampshire”
Show: House Hunters (Season 239, Episode 7, aired Oct. 1, 2023) Newlyweds Emily and John leave Boston’s Jamaica Plain to find a charming home in Amherst, New Hampshire, with guidance from real estate agent Salah Amrani.
🏠 “Blended Bliss in New Hampshire” Show: My Lottery Dream Home (Season 12, Episode 8, aired Aug. 26, 2022) After winning $2 million on a scratch ticket, Becky and her fiancé David search for a family-friendly dream home in the Nashua area with host David Bromstad.
🏠 “Got Bored and Bought a Farm” Show: Farmhouse Fixer (Season 1, Episode 1, aired March 3, 2021)
Jonathan Knight and Kristina Crestin help Kevin and Lisa Beals restore their historic 1735 Hollis farmhouse, preserving a piece of New England history.

Jonathan Knight renovates a 10-cabin, lakeside glamping property in southeast New Hampshire, inspired by his childhood summers.
