🚨🏥A Republican-backed US House bill could block Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood in New Hampshire, threatening health care access for thousands who rely on Medicaid for basic services. Planned Parenthood of Northern New England officials warns the measure would severely limit availability of STI testing, birth control, and cancer screenings.
Republicans frame the bill as redirecting funds from abortion providers, despite current restrictions already preventing Medicaid funds from covering "Camping". GOP leaders hope to pass the bill through the Senate by Memorial Day and have it signed by President Trump before July 4.
