Business Insider said that they’ve found the most beloved barbecue spot in each state. In New Hampshire, they picked Manchester’s KC’s Rib Shack.

“Our list includes barbecue destinations with historical or regional significance and devoted national or local followings,” Business Insider said. “Many of the spots or their pitmasters have won major accolades, and some have appeared on mainstream TV shows.”

KC’s Rib Shack — Manchester, New Hampshire

Open for more than two decades, KC’s Rib Shack has a fiercely devoted legion of customers.

“It’s best known for smoky St. Louis ribs, pulled pork, and brisket, along with live music and biker-bar energy that sets it apart from traditional New England barbecue joints,” Business Insider said.

They also have a signature sandwich called the Cardiac Sam, a loaded barbecue sandwich with pulled pork, barbecue chicken, bacon, roasted red peppers, and lettuce, served with garlic and herb mayonnaise on it.

Be sure to save room for dessert. They alo have options sweets, including bacon maple walnut ice cream, deep fried cheesecake, and campfire s’mores guests can cook at their table.

You can find KC’s Rib Shack at 837 Second St. in Manchester, New Hampshire.

From Monday through Friday, they open at 4 p.m. and close at 10 p.m. On Saturdays, the rib shack opens at noon and closes at 10 p.m. On Sundays, KC’s opens at the same time but closes at 9 p.m.
